Truvista Fiber Refer-a-Friend Program Terms & Conditions

Truvista Fiber (“Truvista,” “we,” “us,” or “Company”) offers eligible customers the opportunity to refer friends, family members, and colleagues through the Truvista Fiber Refer-a-Friend Program (“Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

1. Binding Agreement

By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Truvista Fiber reserves the right to determine eligibility, verify referrals and rewards, and interpret these Terms. All decisions made by Truvista Fiber regarding the Program are final and binding, subject to applicable law.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years of age.

The person making the referral (“Referrer”) must participate through the Truvista Fiber Refer-a-Friend Program and use the unique referral link provided through the Program.

The person being referred (“Referred Customer”) must be a new Truvista Fiber customer and must use the Referrer’s unique referral link when completing the referral process.

Truvista Fiber employees and employees of its subsidiaries, affiliates, or promotional agencies are not eligible to participate unless otherwise expressly authorized by Truvista Fiber.

3. How the Program Works

To participate, the Referrer must visit the Truvista Fiber Refer-a-Friend Program site and follow the instructions to share their unique referral link with eligible friends, family members, or colleagues.

For a referral to qualify:

• The Referred Customer must be a new Truvista Fiber customer.
• The Referred Customer must use the Referrer’s unique referral link.
• The Referred Customer must place an eligible order for Truvista Fiber service.
• Service must be successfully installed and activated.
• The Referred Customer’s account must remain active and in good standing for at least 30 days following installation.
• The referral must otherwise comply with these Terms and any additional requirements displayed on the Program site.

Referrals that cannot be properly tracked through the Program may not qualify for a reward.

4. Referral Rewards

For each verified and qualifying referral:

The Referrer will receive a $50 e-gift card, and the Referred Customer will receive a $50 e-gift card.

Rewards will be processed 30 days after the Referred Customer’s successful installation, provided the new customer’s account remains active, eligible, and in good standing and all Program requirements have been satisfied.

Rewards are subject to verification. Truvista Fiber may delay the issuance of a reward while investigating eligibility, suspected fraud, cancellations, account status, duplicate referrals, or other Program-related issues.

E-gift cards may be subject to additional terms and conditions established by the gift card issuer or fulfillment provider.

Rewards cannot be transferred, exchanged, auctioned, traded, bartered, or sold and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

5. Referral Restrictions

Referrers may not:

• Refer themselves.
• Create fictitious, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts.
• Participate in the Program as both the Referrer and Referred Customer for the same transaction.
• Use automated systems, bots, scripts, or other methods to generate referrals.
• Misrepresent Truvista Fiber, its services, pricing, promotions, or the Program.
• Use the Program for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, harmful, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate purposes.
• Tamper with or attempt to interfere with the operation of the Program.

Truvista Fiber reserves the right to disqualify referrals or participants when it reasonably determines that Program requirements have not been met or that there has been misuse, fraud, manipulation, or activity inconsistent with the intent of the Program.

Any deliberate attempt to damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Program may violate civil or criminal law. Truvista Fiber reserves the right to pursue available remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Privacy

Personal information collected, processed, or used in connection with the Program will be handled in accordance with Truvista Fiber’s Privacy Policy, available through Truvista Fiber’s website.

By providing another person’s email address or contact information through the Program, the Referrer represents that they have the appropriate permission to share that information.

7. Appropriate Referral Sharing / No Spam

Referral invitations are intended to be shared personally with friends, family members, colleagues, and other individuals with whom the Referrer has an appropriate relationship.

Bulk email distribution, unsolicited commercial messaging, distribution to strangers, purchased email lists, or other forms of spam are prohibited.

Each Referrer is responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations when distributing referral links or invitations.

Truvista Fiber reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate participation when referral activity appears abusive, fraudulent, misleading, or inconsistent with the intent of the Program.

8. Sign-In Credentials

Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of any credentials associated with their Program account.

Participants should promptly notify Truvista Fiber if they suspect unauthorized access to or use of their account. Truvista Fiber is not responsible for losses resulting from a participant’s failure to protect their credentials, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Program Administration

The Program may be administered on Truvista Fiber’s behalf by a third-party referral platform provider, including Extole, Inc. Participants acknowledge that certain information may be processed by such providers as necessary to operate, track, verify, and fulfill the Program, subject to applicable privacy requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Truvista Fiber, Extole, Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, agents, licensors, licensees, advertising and promotional entities, and other parties involved in administering the Program (“Released Parties”) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from participation in the Program.

The Released Parties are not responsible for technical failures, interrupted service, lost or delayed communications, incorrect or incomplete referral tracking, data corruption, unauthorized access, typographical errors, or circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties’ maximum aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Program will not exceed $100.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Truvista Fiber disclaims warranties regarding the availability, uninterrupted operation, accuracy, security, or performance of the Program.

Participation in the Program is at the participant’s discretion and risk.

12. Right to Modify, Suspend or Terminate the Program

Truvista Fiber reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer-a-Friend Program, including its eligibility requirements, reward amounts, qualification criteria, and these Terms, at any time, subject to applicable law.

Truvista Fiber also reserves the right to disqualify any participant or referral that does not comply with these Terms or that Truvista Fiber determines involves fraud, abuse, manipulation, or other activity inconsistent with the intent of the Program.

Changes to the Program will not affect rewards already earned and verified prior to the effective date of the change, except where necessary to address fraud, error, or legal requirements.

13. Additional Terms

The Refer-a-Friend Program may not be combined with other referral incentives unless expressly authorized by Truvista Fiber. Standard Truvista Fiber service eligibility requirements, service availability, installation requirements, and customer terms and conditions continue to apply.
